Octopus, the retrospective
Apr. 25th, 2005 12:07 pmThe octopus pretty much vanished although not all of the potatoes or the dandelion greens did. Everything I ate at the tapas party was really good. Since nobody brought anything like the taters, I think it was a good choice.
After I loaded my car with the two platters and took off fro St. Paul, I realized that I'd left the seranno ham in the fridge. I turned around at Riverside and ran back to the house, grabbed the ham, and took off again for St. Paul.
I made it with the platters, and only had to wipe them off, add the octopus to the top of the taters, and put them on the table. I took a picture, which I'll try to post later.
Owing to consuming too much Spanish wine, I'm not exactly bouncy today.

(I like wine, I just don't much care for what consuming wine does to my GI tract...)
