Punch the 800 number, blister my little fingers punching in the card number and assorted random bits of information they want, and then get put on hold so "Speak to a Sears Credit Customer Service Representative," who comes on to give a little speech she's obviously given too many times today "Our services are down. We axe that you call back in an hour." You crazy woman...

This is the situation where I try to remember to start with "I know there is nothing you can do about this, and I am not yelling at you but in your general direction" before I start the tirade against the whatever needs tirading against.
