Has been procured at great cost to replace the missing trim and patch a few missing places. It just ain't cheap any more to fix things made in 1907 no matter if it be oak, maple, or pine. And, I didn't hafta pay to cut a knife this time.

Siwek Lumber over here in my neck of the woods has a shed full of this stuff and their prices are totally reasonable.
(The round trim above Toad Hall's front attic window isn't wood anymore. It's bondo. And I drove a couple big galvanized nails into the framing behind the missing trim to give the bondo something to hold onto... )
