Truffles

France and Italy, move over. China, along with caviar & foie gras, is pushing truffles. Australia is also starting to farm truffles, oddly 180 days off from the French harvest. Ain't it wonnerful living in the future! But, where oh where is my flying car?

Do you really want a flying car? Think of all the idiots driving on the road, then imagine them in the sky.

Of course, if you had the only flying car...
