I'd bet he's being backed by some phobic organization. The written complaint sounds too thorough....

Anyway, I think it doesn't stand a chance: If he wants to be a lawyer, then he has to know the law. He doesn't have to like it! He doesn't have to make his practice in that area! But he has to know it!

Makes me wonder exactly how carefully booked he was so that he would fail the test exactly and only by "missing" that one question.
