Today's NY Times headline: "Bush Adding 20,000 Troops: Sets Goal of Securing Baghdad"

If, after four years of fighting, you don't control the city where your headquarters are, it's time to move the headquarters or get the hell out. Would someone explain this to the Idiot? Wait, don't give him two choices. No sense confusing him any more...

To be fair, Re: the "Mission Accomplished" sign, it was specific to the boat that he was on that was returning from their mission...I agree, though, that it certainly did send the wrong message for him to be recorded in front of their banner like that.
