Morels sauted in butter (we'd used all the oil) with pretend shallots (onion and garlic), reduced vermouth, fresh cream, and seasoned with tarragon, lemon thyme and a large amount of lump crab. Served on top toasted challah. Just something
buttonlass and I threw together in the kitchen.
