For years and years and years I took shots in the arm and pills in the mouth. Now, I just take pills in the mouth.

I take two allergy meds -- a spray and a decongestant tablet. The allergist told me to take half (a tablet as needed. Recently, I've been taking full tablets (one morning, one night).
