lsandersonToday I received a card from Roto-Rooter. I called them this winter when the main drain backed up. It's in the shape of a van, with printed copy on both sides. I think it's a towel, but I could be wrong. The whole shape is the van, with the wheels and all. It's cute. On the other hand, knocking a few bucks off the price of the job woulda been nice too.
