Last night..
Mar. 28th, 2006 05:01 amThe pseudo-child showed up to work on his taxes. This was the fourth time he was coming over. The first time, he brought a CD that would not install and forgot his information. Then he no-showed twice. I'd be crankier, but it's his software. This time he was all excited about a stock loss, but he didn't have the cost basis or purchase date -- that made it a dead end in TurboTax.
I had a great time Saturday night at the music party, even if I did hide in the kitchen and boil dumplings most of the time.
I'm hearing noise on the porch... can it be the morning paper?

Date: 2006-03-28 11:14 am (UTC)These were pot stickers from Shuang Hur. Still, they wuz good. All you gotta do is throw them in boiling water and, when they float, put 'em on a plate. We picked out pork & leek, spicy pork & cabbage, and pork, shrimp & somthing.
