(BTW...many thanks for the baking supplies. Thanks to the butter, we actually got to make the evil corn cakes that went with the chili the other night...when we got all of the ingredients and discovered we had forgotten to buy butter. *Aha!* sez I, remembering that the MPLS butter was in the downstairs fridge. Is it wrong to make Mexican corn cakes out of Minnesota butter? Or just living proof that NAFTA works?)
