lsandersonWe are pleased to report that we have been successful in getting our generator systems repaired, refueled, and back online as of 6 AM this morning. We are once again providing our full compliment of services for you and no further service interruptions should occur no matter how long we run on these backup systems.
Hurricane Wilma has greatly affected South Florida, as you may have heard, leaving 98% of Broward county without electricity. Florida Power & Light is beginning to restore power to the area and we are hearing restoration times of 3 to 5 days.
Our phone lines are also down as a result of this hurricane as BellSouth does not have extended backup power in their facilities. If you need to reach us, your best bet would be email at this time.
Our employees have been working long hours throughout the nights to minimize the impact this event has had on the services you have come to expect from us. We hope this event has not inconvienenced you and we do apologize for the interruption of service.
