Somebody in Food Porn listed cranberry glazed pork chops and caramelized onion bread pudding. The pudding looks interesting as we enter these seasons of cold.

Oh, yum! I sooo have to make this. We always have leftover baguette stuffs, and this is a nice change from the sweet bread puddings.

I don't know about the pork chops but I'm definitely going to try the pudding.

I had a recipe I made a couple of times for savory bread pudding with ham and gruyere or some combination of swiss cheeses, it was delicious. My sister used to complain I had no right to call it bread pudding if it wasn't sweet and desert, it was just false advertising.

A lot of the English recipes for pudding are not sweet.
