And did you forget it? I picked up a pound of crawfish (I love crawfish, and am boggled at how much work it must be to extract the meat) and two pounds of the largest size shrimp, but they're still sitting in my refrigerator. I really need to cook the shrimp tonight. The crawfish will keep a while.
