I moped around the house yesterday getting almost exactly zero done. I stayed up until 1:30 when I was tired before hopping into bed. One point five hours later, I'm awake.
That's fine. That's what jet lag is like. Stay up for a couple of hours, then go to sleep again. I find that the best way to deal with jet lag is to take a bunch of naps.
