You're the first person (other than me) from my friends who've done this not to live entirely in towns or cities. I find this quite striking. We really are not a rural nation at all anymore and we ought to get rid of policies--like no school 3 months/year--based on that mythology.

You know, while they were in France, neither Onville nor Bayonville qualified as a town or a city. One could probably be characterized as a village, the other as an aspiring village.
