The Cable guy tells me that the cable installation I have sucks and they have to come out and redo all of it. Grr.

It's not as if I have not called up and complained, apparently just not called up and complained enough.

They're coming out next Tuesday. It wasn't my TV that was dying. It was the hack cable installation.

Crazy. I'd always had excellent service and responses when I've had to deal with RoadRunner/TW cable in the past. Comcast, on the other hand, was a month-long nightmare to deal with when we recently moved.

Whatever the case, I hope they fix it quickly and perfectly for you.

In the installers defense, it was a horrible day. Rain and cold. And I had asked for six cable connections. Although this was not the case when I called up and complained.
