Interesting information on the sleep thing. Sadly, not much help this time of year for those of us living in Northern climes that a) don't see much sun and b) require so much bundling to stay warm that even when it's out baby doesn't get much light!

But I'll keep that in mind come spring.

Thanks for the reminder. The throat lozenges haven't been doing squat for my cold-related cough, but I have some extra-bittersweet chocolate in the cupboard, and I do believe I'm going to try that.
