Autumn crocus

I bought a bunch of autumn crocus (croci? crocuses?) at Bachmans on Sunday. Last year, I saw one blooming in the late fall outside of Jones-Harrison. Now I have a dozen or so bulbs/corms/onion-like things to stick in the ground. Soon. This means I really must figure out where to plant them, how much sun they need, and those kinda details real soon now.

Crocus like sun, but they're not really all that fussy. Plant them in small clumps of 3-5. Unless you've bought a Really Big Bunch. In which case, remove the top of the bed, toss 'em on and cover 'em up.
