I was telling a friend that it looks like they've finished Hennepin, but then I wondered if I shouldn't say it looks like they've finished off Hennepin.

I don't think it matters much whether you put the "off" in or you take the "off" out.

The portion of Hennepin between 2th Street and Lake Street that has been under construction is finished.

I wonder if the side streets off Hennepin will get the same kind/amount of spillage we get over here just off Lyndale... And they've only just started fucking up Lyndale.
