This is the floor you're coating? Why does it need three coats? Does this mean that the guy who did my living room floor back when did an inferior job because he only did one coat?
This is of interest to me because I'm soon going to move everything in the dining room, hallway, and office into the living room and have the carpet taken out and the floor sanded and finished. Listening to your travails, however, has made me even more firmly determined to pay someone else to do the job.
