How do you keep your oven clean? Is it wrapped up in foil?

It's self-cleaning, for some values of cleaning. Using it (the self-cleaning) a lot tends to take out controls and igniters, but the ducks do keep spinning. There's always a catch pan under the duck for roasting things, sweet potatoes in this case. The spit motor is under the oven so it's been soldiering on. The spit itself is massive. It's the bestest thing ever for an oven (if you're a meat cooker anyway).
