In the Cold

I realize filming schedules and all that, but I think I'm going to hafta stop watching movies set in cold climates. Wind River is really good, but don't talk about how cold it is when there's water running around on the roads and people's breath isn't fogging and freezing.

Most British mystery novels give me this problem. Dorothy Sayers uses the term "bitterly cold," as well as I can tell, to mean something like *45 degrees F." Come on, really.
