The baby yard bunny and the backyard squirrel were frolicking in the backyard, and the bunny hopped down off the stairs to eat some weeds. Yay! Bunny.

So the squirrel hops up on the stairs and starts chomping on the cucumber vine and eats a baby cucumber. Then starts eating petunia flowers. Bastard!

I discovered our neighbourhood squirrels like small green tomatoes. I am not certain if it is just for the moisture (it's really dry up here) or if he likes them. I put out water to see if that will help.

They usually wait for the first blush of red, take the tomato off the vine, and take one bite. Then wander off and abandon the tomato. Hates them, we does.
