I я now an expert on Ancient Egypt! I know the Old Kingdom, the Middle Kingdom, and the New Kingdom, the Intermediate Periods, and Alex & the Prolomies. One of these days I'll have to figure out dates and names and details like that.

With Road Scholar clambering around in pyramids, temples, tombs, quarries, and museums from Abu Simbel to Cairo. I'll be putting up links to a ton of pics by and by.

Well! Cairo was cool and one day on Lake Nasr was cool, but most of the time it was fairly warm! ;-)

I have several days of pics up on Facebook if you're ready to escape from winter to the temples o' Egypt.
