Not all Ice Cream Is from Cow's Milk?

I'd seen the lines at the Milkjam Creamery on Lyndale just north of 28th Street, but had not stopped, because not summer, line, and ice cream are three concepts difficult to hold in the mind at one time. Yesterday, with a cable refund burning a hole in my pocket, nice enough weather to have the top down, and no line, the attraction was stronger.
I tried two flavors, thyme with lemon and coconut. (Many of the flavors have no cow's milk, but I did not check or ask.) They were both good. I wanted to try the banana curry with peanut but I did not. It's going to be nice to have an ice cream shop that can be walked to. On the other hand, maybe not good in the diet area...
