I found a pine tree bundt cake pan on the Nordicware seconds rack, bought it, and made Nigella Lawson's Xmas Bundt cake. It would not come out of the pan, so I dug it out in pieces and put it in a bowl.

I chopped some candied ginger and poured Kraken rum on it. As I was juicing lemons, I zested them and saved the zest.

Along about eight or so, I whipped a pint of cream, threw in some sugar, dumped the rum on the cake pieces, and threw the ginger and lemon zest in the whipped cream. I layered the cake and cream in a glass bowl. I was planning on adding allspice dram, but I can't find the bottle. I think a cup of sherry might have been good on the cake, but the rum soaked candied ginger pieces tasted wonderful in the cream.
