Pork belly

Hard to find at a regular grocery store. "No," "No." Was all I heard. Went to the Asian store, "It's over here. How much do you want?"

I don't know why non-Asian groceries don't have pork belly. It's so yummy. And we're in NC where they raise plenty of pigs, so it's not for lack of supply.

Fortunately the Asian groceries have plenty (along with all the other parts like feet and intestines that I skip).
