If I give an amount of $25 or more to a charity (official), my company will match the donation up to a total that's far greater than I've ever donated. In order to claim the match, I have to go out to a website, fill out who, what, when, and where, after which, the website spits out a pdf with a "Follow these steps to collect this matching donation." instructions, which also tells me to send the pdf to the charity. Of course, I always want to do this by email because, no stamp, no addressed envelope, and it's where I am at the moment. So, you'd think charities would make it easy to this, wouldn't you? Hah! You'd be wrong.

Actually, no, I wouldn't, if you mean what I thnk you mean. Being deaf, and finding that email is the best way to communicate with many people and businesses, I'm acutely aware of how few of them have (or publish) an @. My particular bane is small local businesses such as gardeners, plumbers, & haulers that don't give a street address either... just a phone number or two or three and possibly a postal drop-box, but I wouldn't be surprised if big Charities either didn't use email or didn't accept PDF Attachments. To be fair, the latter has a potential for serious spam.
