Raclette grills found! $289, $315 -- Oops, $329. WoW!

And, they now have disposable pastry bags! Twelve and twenty-one inch sizes! Who knew!

Well, the little pans-under-the-heating-element kind are easy to find. What's wanted is the one that holds a wheel of raclette to the heat, and then one scrapes the cheese off onto the plate.

You use an expensive Ziploc bag as a pastry bag? WoW! I use the cheapo ones...

I've been using disposable pastry bags since I took my first cake decorating course. More than 10 years ago.

Well, why didn't you tell me! ;-)

Although I have been using plastic bags, I still like huge pastry bags when I need one ... which seems to be about once every ten years.
