Eek! It's midmonth and my cards are not done!

I'm sitting writing at my new acres o' maple^™ desk. It's propped up by pieces of the plank I purchased from the scrap bin at Homo Depot yesterday and
my two filing cabinets. I've cut and shellacked three pieces for the legs that are still in the basement. Next, I have to mount the keyboard tray and raise my chair a wee bit. Then, of course, I have to write cards and sort through the migrating piles o' junk which are already covering the acres o' maple^™
desk.
