I'm really fine with the idea. We just have to give them the average lifespan before death and taxes. (Let's make executing the officers optional?)

Well, you know, maybe if they're also subject to all the same laws other people are subject to: paying personal income tax (paid on income, not profits), bankruptcy law, caps on individual political contributions, being required to pay US income taxes while "living" abroad,...
