I missed pictures of the first and third courses of course.
Zero Course: Shot of apple juice with some nuts and something.
First Course: Onion soup
Second Course was served on our hands with eyes closed. Cheese, sauce, and microgreen.
Third Course: Beet Salad
Fourth Course: Shrimp tartare, pickled onion, beef tartare, frise, egg
Fifth Course: Potato leek soup with wild rice
Sixth Course: Sous vide salmon & stuff. Side of fried goat cheese with Guac
Seventh Course: Lollypop with Swedish fish inside
Eighth Course: Scrambled egg with truffle & ham
Ninth Course: Duck with blueberry coulis
Tenth Course: Scallops with carrots
Eleventh Course: Flank Steak with spoon o' frozen juice
First dessert: Apple float with vanilla ice cream, cold pressed coffee with mate cream
Second dessert: Banana lollypop, Elvis sandwich (banana, bacon and peanut), cookie with creme anglaise
Third dessert: Chocolate mousse
There was a course with sweetbreads that I'm not seeing. I either missed it, or they were in with something else and I've glossed over them (possibly the scallops?).
