My cousin called at 8:30 this morning to see if I wanted to come down to the Marriott and have breakfast with them. I said yes, and barely had time to drag the Stribune in before heading downtown. First time I think I've been in that hotel.

Last night, the three of us ate at the Fire(mumble) room in the downtown Radisson. It was quite good. Fun wine list, with several very nice, inexpensive wines, a few good items on the menu, and it probably didn't hurt that the waiter missordered a filet for the steak that I did order (He fixed it on the bill after I pointed it out).

After breakfast, we went to Jones-Harrison. My sister and cousin hit the road around 11:00. My cousin had to be back in Bismarck in the morning.

I met with my aunt's financial planner at 1:30. We had a fly-by notary public to stamp some information about a lot in Arizona that my aunt's trying to sell. That packet went off with the financial planner to be copied and mailed to the agent in Bisbee.

Bisbee? Your aunt owns land in Bisbee? "The Town Too Dumb to Die?" How did that come about?

My aunt bought it sometime before 1970. It's outside the town. More I do not know. Wanna buy it? It's for sale...

Reminder: Will and Emma are in Bisbee; have been since last December. It might well be worth sending them a link to the agent/MLS listing.I haven't heard that they're looking for property (not that I would have for sure), but they know other people in Bisbee.

I'd swear that's what an appraisal said, although I could be wrong. I think AZ changed 666 to 191, but I can't see it on a map.

Hmm, it's a long haul from Bisbee if it is close to old highway 666.
