Same 12/14 here, including the prepositional phrase. Before that, pride stung my pride.
I'm more than a tad surprised that I did as well as that. Not only is it an UK English grammar quiz, I missed out on the final hammering in of grammar lessons in junior high school when they put me into advanced English and we spent the time studying propaganda instead.
12 out of 14 because of their stupid little tricks. I really hate tests that pretend to look for knowledge but really just want you to be alert for gotchas.
