Glad everybody got out (at least, if the article is correct on that). Smoke detectors for the win? I hear about big fires with no deaths more often these days, it seems like. Looks like one of the older buildings in an improving neighborhood; I hope this wasn't somebody doing quick lot clearance. (I hope, if it was, they get nailed.)
