PEOPLE are usually sick of zucchini before summer even reaches its sticky height.

Not so the gorgeous, ethereal zucchini blossoms. Moar

Sometimes I chop up squash blossoms and saute them with scrambled eggs, which is pleasant. I suppose I could try putting them in salads. I've had them stuffed with cheese (though admittedly not unctuous burrata), and the cheese overwhelms the blossoms imho. I feel a little guilty that I have a plentiful supply in the garden that I don't take advantage of, but it's not like I'm lacking for vegetables! I seldom put nasturtiums in salads either, despite a plentiful supply of them as well. Bad me.

That is ravishingly beautiful. And I'll bet tasty, too.
