OH, it's a paper? I assumed, from the fact that it was blocked content, that it was a video.

Okay, I went and read the paper (what a stupid way to present things, though -- a weird non-standard app that looks like media content).

And now I'm a little more depressed than I was before; that's fun.

It just lets you page through the pages of the speech and click to enlarge the text. Irritating is wot I calls it.

I agree on the weird, non-standard app bit. It seems to suit what he does as a college professor, although I'll admit I didn't poke around at all ti see what it's capable of...
