I'm not surprised that the unprofessional service and scattershot crazy genius of Moto wasn't recognized by Michelin. I am surprised that the casual reader was just forced by the NYT to google up the list themselves, which supports the web side of the conflict the story mentions.

Funny that, as I read the press, I see that Michelin gave three stars to a concept dining chain's efforts. As if they starred something by Parasole!
