Efficient Security
Dec. 12th, 2015 09:00 amI log into my United States Postal Services account about once a year to buy stamps, so the account details are always fresh in my memory. Apparently, also in my password managers' memories too.
I cannot remember my user name or password.
I quickly figure out the user name, but can't get the password.
I click on the forgot password link.
So the USPS online site both sends me a new password _and_ disables my account.
It won't let me create a new account because I have an account, which is locked and I cannot use.
Wait time for tech support is 18-30 minutes of bad music
