When netflix goes down, it goes down. It refused to recognize my login yesterday, and so far today has sent a ton or Netflix password request messages.

Coulda woulds shoulda... subcribed back a loong time ago for ecards. Company aquired once or twice. Credit card expiration notice long past the expiry date. Somehow I kept getting renewed. Their only way to cancel was by phone. Pain in the ass to find the method; pain in the ass to execute the method.
