Spring mix greens, dill, tossed with with EVOO, fresh lime juice, mustard (stolen fromminnehaha's fridge), rooster sauce, NaCl. Crawfish tails quickly cooked (after I noticed the bag said "Not fully cooked") with a splash of cognac (stolen from a bottle found beside
minnehaha's stove) and a big spritz o' rooster sauce (also stolen from
minnehaha's fridge) -- they turned out hotter than I'd planned, but worked well off the lime-dressed greens. Dressed greens served with a triad garnish of red -- grape tomatoes, red pepper slices, and crawfish.
