Grand Bahama

My cousin talked us into sitting through the "presentation" this morning which wiped out the morning. I'm not sure it was worth the two "bottles" of rum -- err half pints -- or the half off shopping trip. We had to fight for two, and midwesterners don't know how to say "no."
On the other hand, it was windy today. The natives are walking around in parkas huddling by the shore beside a tree.

A parasailing waterboarder complianed about the lack of wind.

I wuz gonna go shoot the sunrise, but I didn't.

We got fins to get past the rocks today only to find we did not need them during the high tide.

After too much sun, Judy, Karen, and I took a taxi to Port Lucaya. We hit the jewlry shops in the market and went in search of a caftan. At some point, we gave up on the caftan and hit the casino -- or rather the casino hit us. We taxied back to the hotel, ate and packed.

I spent the morning on da beach taking pictures and video of the sunrise.
