(no subject)

After we inventoried the storage locker and ate at an amazingly good Chinese restaurant close to the storage locker, I got gas, picked up prescriptions, and drove Charmaine home. It was pushing 5:00 p.m. when I dropped Charmaine off, and I ran out to my aunt Sandy's house in Golden Valley, ran the dishwasher, and sat and watched television (awful movie with Melanie Griffith "Shining Through" and some other network shows) until I could put them away, and then helped her up the stairs to her bedroom. She lives in a three-story townhouse, and after the back surgery, it's not working out very well. I keep hoping for a miracle, but I'm not seeing it. I'm heading back out this morning to help her down the stairs and to cook breakfast. (Helping is really just standing by and making sure she doesn't fall.)
After I got home just before 10:00, the master plan was to head out to the MNSTF meeting, but I ended up veging out. Should have made that double-espresso earlier.
