Stopped at Kelly's for a few minutes after screwing around doing some food for my Hair-of-the-Dog party. They wuz all cuddling in front of "The Weakest Link" which I've not quite bothered to watch or flip past for quite some time. There wuz idiots on it, so some cat-calling was accomplished.
Then I wandered off down Edina way for the MNSTF New Year's Party at Dean and Laura's. I'm not sure why I was having so much trouble keeping my eyes open, but there were a lot of people, they were having fun, and about all I accomplished was a bit of talk about LotR. (And avoiding 'singing' to use the term loosely.) Most excellent party, but I sure shoulda taken a nap before heading out for the evening. I think DD-B took one picture of me sleeping by the piano, which, besides almost enough to have me nominated for sainthood, is surely a miracle. Somewhere, I'm sure heavenly choirs do sing, but they surely wuz not gathered around that piano. (g)
Wandered home about 2:30. Only managed to feed two pieces of plum pudding to Dean and DD-B.
