Woke up coughing, got up and wandered around looking out the windows trying to see if I could see the meteors. No go as far as I can tell under the city's light canopy. Not up for the long drive to get out from under it. Ran and got water and tea for Thong.

Hmm, several of us showed up at the announced Minicon meeting, but not the chair, who had called the meeting. General disgruntlement. Rather large waste of time, as the weather turned to rain and cold. Five of us wandered up to The Local afterwards for dinner. Much more fun than the meeting.
