They're not trying to have sex WITH your nose, they're trying to have sex IN your nose. That's why there are tiny candles lit in there, and a bottle of bubbly with micro rose petals scattered all around. If you get a runny nose, they even have a hot tub! Not one I'd be interested in using, but I hear they're not particular.
