With curbside snow piles turning many city streets into narrow passageways, Minneapolis is banning parking on one side of most residential streets starting Thursday.

That day at 8 a.m., parking will be banned on the even-numbered side of non-snow emergency routes. More

It's hard to picture how this will work in our 'hood. I'm glad we have off street parking.
