How interesting! I found the response of the bar to the citation to be a bit of an overreaction. It makes sense to make sure people are informed when they order a drink with a raw egg in it, and all the health department was saying, was that they need to tell people. Granted, though, it does sound as though perhaps the inspector made a bit of a dick of himself.

I have drank at the Pegu Club. I did not sicken and die. Therefore, the Pegu Club serves perfectly wonderful drinks.
