The NixleTeam Emails

I signed up for the Nixle.com Minneapolis emails thinking I'd be in touch with major traffic accidents and blocked routes, instead of propaganda from the Police Chief and missing children. Of course, horn blowing and missing children probably do make for better press. Silly me.

If horn blowing is important in Mpls, then of *course* they want more traffic tie-ups, which lead to more horns being blown.
